Quantik: rules and exercises
Complete a row, column or 2×2 region with four different shapes.
Four shapes on a 4×4 board.
1. Learn the rules
Turn
- Each player has two pieces of each shape. Choose one of your remaining pieces and place it on an empty square.
- You cannot place a shape if your opponent has placed the same shape in its row, column or 2×2 region. Your own shape may be repeated.
End
- The first player to complete the four shapes in a row, column or region wins.
- If your turn clock expires, you lose.
2. Recognize the objective
Examine rows, columns and regions together. A shape can complete a line or restrict opposing replies. Globally swapping the names of the four shapes preserves these relationships.
3. Put it into practice
